We didn’t have the necessary ingredients for normal spaghetti, so we made some very simple pasta using speck and cream cheese as a sauce. And when I say we, I really mean Tobias. He’s great with that kind of thing…making something out of random ingredients we have on hand. And with cherry tomatoes and basil garnish, it looks like we got it from a fancy restaurant!
It was perfect and totally hit the spot on a rainy Monday afternoon. (Come to think of it, this is the lunch we had the day baby Abigail was born!) Here’s a picture of the chef with his masterpiece!
