We’re having brunch today with our Tatort group. Tobias made these mini tartelettes the other day, just for fun, and they were so cute that we made some more to bring to brunch with us.
They’re made with various homemade jellies we’ve made in the past. Pear and almonds, Christmas-spice & plums with chocolate on top, and one made with marshmallows. Mmm.
A little bit of ice cream too. Can’t forget that.
Aaaaand we’re off to brunch! Looking forward to a nice, relaxing Monday off work. And some delicious food, of course. I could get used to these four-day weekends…
